Welcome to Magic Bullet Reviews, the Magic Bullet product review site.  The difference between most sites and this one is you get live, up to date, CUSTOMER reviewed products.  This means if the product is actually a bad product, the reviews will show, and if the product lives up to the hype, it will show.  There’s no false advertising or manipulation here, simply great products offered at great prices through one of the biggest companies in the business, Amazon.

We’d like to start you off with a buyers guide to help push you in the right direction if you’re not exactly sure what you’re looking for, or if you want some great tips to help you make your decision easier.

Once you’ve finished with that check out our Top Rated Products over to the right (again customer rated), or check out our Products page to see all the products we support at Magic Bullet Reviews.

Buyers Guide

The magic bullet appears to be a great innovation in blender technology. It radically changes the design of all traditional blenders in a more convenient and constructive way. Let’s breakdown the features and see if it really matches up to the hype.

One of the main ways that it changes the design of conventional blenders is the way that the blender cup is designed. Rather than it sitting upright position with the blender blades inside of the bottom of the cup, the cup is now positioned bottom up. The contents of what you are blending is then put inside the cup and the cup is turned upside down onto the blender itself. The blender is then activated by pushing down on the blender in pulses.

This now allows the blender cup to be used as an actual cup itself. The magic bullet also comes with different cup sizes to allow for different portions. You can use the small cup to blend up coffee grounds to make the freshest possible coffee or you can use the largest cup and make smoothies for the entire family. The product also comes with a recipe book so that you can take full advantages of all the different sized cups. The small sizes cups are also great for blending things like eggs, onions, and peppers in one to create an easy and quick breakfast.

One of the features that the magic bullet company likes to emphasize is the “Cycling Cutting Zone Process”. With the cup designed so that the blending area is not stifled by a cupped up area and is now completely open to the cutting blades, this allows all of the blended material to be moved up and away from the blades so that the un-blended material can then be blended by the blades. This prevents one of the more frustrating parts of trying to blend anything, all of the blended material being stuck at the bottom with large chunks sitting on top with no way to blend it together other than sticking a wooded spoon inside and forcing it down onto the blades, which can be deadly to the motor.

The cups also have a double function. Once the material inside is blended there are shaker tops that will allow you to blend certain things such as cheese and then use the shaker top to easily spread to cheese onto a salad or onto eggs.

The cups themselves are dishwasher safe but there are common complaints that the cups have come out deformed. It says in the user manual that you must put the cups on the top shelf of the dishwasher. Take note of this so when you wash them they aren’t ruined.

As it turns out this product does live up to the hype. Not only does the magic bullet come with several different sized blending cups but it does away with the only hiccup in blending technology, which is the blending of the material on the bottom and the inability to blend the material on top. This blender has a great price as well for all that it comes with. You can’t always trust what you see in the infomercials, but this one lives up to the hype.
